For Overland Tours
We don’t usually require a down payment for overland tours, and you can pay the total amount of your tour directly to your tour guide; there are many methods of payment you can use. You can pay in cash in USD, GBP, Euro, EGP, CAD, and AUD with an updated exchange rate, and you can also pay using your Credit Card with an extra 3% as bank fees.
For Our Shore Excursions
We require 25% of your tour’s total cost as a deposit by your Credit Card, throughout the Western Union account, or through a wire bank, and you will transfer the remaining amount on the same day of your tour. {You can pay via any of the mentioned methods above}.
For The Flights That Include Flights
We require 25% of the total cost of your tour as a deposit by your Credit Card, throughout the Western Union account, or through a wire bank, and you will transfer the remaining amount on the same day of your tour. {You can pay via any of the mentioned methods above}.
For Our Travel Packages
We require 50% of the total cost of your tour as a deposit by your Credit Card, throughout the Western Union account, or through a wire bank, and you will transfer the remaining amount on the same day of your tour. {You can pay via any of the mentioned methods above}.
Down Payment
Our travel agency offers many methods you can easily follow to send part of the agreed price, and you should pay the rest upon arrival through the means we mentioned above. We offer PayPal Transaction, Bank transfer, Western Union, and sending via your Credit Card; these methods are highly secured and protected, and we can’t share your personal information for any reason.
Refunds
When it comes to refunding the deposit we received, we use the same method our customer used to send his down payment.
Business Class
When booking your flight tickets, if there is no availability except for the business class, an extra supplement will be applied to your tour cost, which is also used when choosing the business class.
Tips
Kindly we would like to inform you that tipping is not something obligatory at all and you are willing to give tops to anyone whom you think he deserves based on the sort of services he offers you.
Complaints
If you face any problem or complaint, kindly don’t hesitate to contact us immediately. We will try to solve the situation as soon as possible for you as your satisfaction is all we desire.
Acceptance of the Agreement
Making the down payment through a bank transfer, western Union, or any of the mentioned methods means that you have read & accepted all of our terms and conditions regarding our payment and refund. Cancellation policy and you get to abide by them as the contract constitutes the company’s acceptance of the client’s booking subject shall constitute the entire agreement between the client and the company.
Accommodation
We usually accommodate 2 persons in a double room with twin beds or a room with a single occupant for an additional supplementary rate. We always choose the best hotels to accommodate our guests, and indeed you have the chance to select the most convenient hotel for you; after that, we will check the availability and give you the best rate. Kindly note that our published prices are based on some costs prevailing at the printing time, and they are all subjected to alterations.

Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your tour on the same day, we have arranged your time, and your deposit will be non-refundable. If you booked a travel package of your own that requests hotel, flight, or Nile Cruise bookings, then you will be charged 25% of the total cost; if you canceled your tour 7 days before the tour date, you would be charged 50% from the tour price if you canceled less than 7 days before the date of the tour.
